Starting February 22, 6th graders can compete in a fun volleyball tournament.  Seven students are allowed on a team, with six playing at a time.  Don’t forget to come up with an appropriate team name.  Winners will advance to the next round, eventually ending with one 6th grade team as the tournament champions.  There will be a girls division and a boys division.  The winning 6th grade team will face a world class team made up of Hunting Ridge’s finest teachers!  All sixth graders are welcome to join.  If you do not have a team, give your name to Mr. Sobel.  Mr. Sobel will then team you up with other sixth graders interested in participating.

 

All games will be held in the gym.  Warm-up will begin at 12:05 and end at 12:10.  Game time will start at 12:10.  Any 6th grade students who want to watch must show good sportsmanship, cheering for BOTH teams!  Any student not showing good sportsmanship or is not acting appropriately will be asked to leave and go outside for recess. 

 

A schedule will be posted when all teams are submitted.
