Text Box: What a great week! The students are all finished with the ISAT’s and they actually said that they liked taking them! WOW! Everyone seems to really enjoy getting back to our regular schedule! The snacks we had were healthy. Thank you again to Mrs. Bernier for organizing the room moms to send healthy treats for us during the tests.
The Tic Tac Goal for second trimester is over. What an accomplishment to have so many students achieve this reading goal! It is fun to look around the classroom and see all the posters and story characters. Everyone had a chance to share their favorite project with their Text Box: classmates. Now we have a great list of recommended books to read for the last trimester. The new Tic Tac Goal will come home today with the report cards.
Report cards for the second trimester will come home today. Check those backpacks. Remember Kid’s Night Out is Friday, March 12 from 6:00-8:00 here at Winston Campus. Children attending must have permission forms signed by parents. All proceeds will go directly toward increased technology in our classrooms. Suggested donation is $5.00 per child. This is a great way for the kids to celebrate the end of ISATs and for parents to have a night out.
Text Box: The celebration for the month of February will be held on Monday afternoon at 1:20. We will be playing a game of LUCKY. This is modeled after BINGO but called LUCKY in honor of St. Patrick’s Day. The numbers will be called Text Box: PBIS
Text Box: out from the TV studio. Great prizes will be awarded to the LUCKY winners. These fun celebrations are great incentives for all to follow the High Fives.
