Room 201 Mission Statement
We, the students of Room 201, promise that we will remember to use The Big 5. Also, we will help others, work hard, listen, read every night, do our homework, be active, study, be neat, pay attention, and use the golden rule. Doing these things will help us reach our goals which are to make friends, be the best we can be, get smarter, have fun, be safe, be healthy, and go to a good college someday. |

Homework Policy
All students should read for 30 minutes in their AR books each night. They should also be studying their math facts each night.
Other homework is posted on a chart in the classroom. Students should record their homework in their assignment notebooks. Parents should look at and sign the assignment notebooks nightly.
Students should get into a routine of completing their homework in a timely manner, and setting aside a block of time so that they can read everyday.
If a student does not complete their homework by the due date, they will have to stay in during their recess to finish it in the resource center. |
